A booking confirmation will be sent via  email, including all the reservation details. 

For flexible reservations, it is possible to cancel your reservation without any fee until 24 hours before arrival date, which means before 15:00 of the day before arrival. 
If the reservation is cancelled after the mentioned time, the full aount of your reservation will be debited to your card. 

For advanced purchase reservations, in case of cancellation, the full amount paid will not be refunded. 

Guests may modify their reservation subject to availability. Date changes may affect the price and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Green Resort Limburg is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we will offer alternative booking dates or a refund.
